backcountry. Your adventure begins near the entrance to Denali National Park and your destination is the Stampede<br />
Road where you’ll have the chance to walk out onto the tundra. This road was carved out of the wilderness by<br />
early miners, and gained notoriety in the motion picture, Into The Wild. The first few miles are paved, but beyond<br />
this point your guide will lead you along a primitive roadway with plenty of bumps, dips and sways. Interactive<br />
two-way radios allow your certified guide to interpret the area’s rich history and point out interesting sights<br />
