Structure is based on your Personal Enrollment Tree which follows sponsorship, the same as the Binary Matching Bonuses. All personally sponsored Members are first level. Existing Members would have their first three Active and Binary Qualified Diamonds that they sponsored placed in their first three positions and the remaining placed in the subsequent positions.
