serving the needs <strong>of</strong> the general public.<br />
In an effort to serve the students <strong>of</strong> the<br />
William S. Hart School District, we provide<br />
additional trips during the peak student travel<br />
times. Our service is based on a first-come,<br />
first-serve basis.<br />
HOW TO RIDE<br />
Please have exact fare ready—cash or<br />
pass.<br />
If you must stand, please move as far back<br />
in the bus as possible to provide space for<br />
other passengers boarding after you.<br />
If you have any questions, the bus driver<br />
will gladly help. Please do not talk to the<br />
driver while the bus is moving.<br />
Section 640 CA Penal Code citations can<br />
be issued for various related transportation<br />
<strong>of</strong>fenses on the bus or a transportation<br />
center:<br />
Boisterous or unruly behavior; eating,<br />
drinking or smoking onboard; evasion <strong>of</strong><br />
fare payment; playing audible sound<br />
equipment, etc.<br />
Failure to abide by these rules will result<br />
in the loss <strong>of</strong> your bus privileges, and notification<br />
to the school district <strong>of</strong>fices.<br />

are available at locations in the community,<br />
online, or by mail. Locations are listed online,<br />
and in the <strong>Transit</strong> Local Timetable.<br />
Monthly passes <strong>of</strong>fer unlimited rides on all<br />
local transit routes, seven days a week.<br />
Bus stops are located at all major intersections.<br />
Service is available earlier and later than the<br />
times shown. Please refer to the Local Timetable<br />
available onboard or online at<br />
santaclaritatransit.com.<br />
