Mitacs Globalink Fellowship Summary
1. Students are eligible for the award if they have participated in the Globalink program.
2. Students are eligible even if the graduate program they are applying for is outside of the university which hosted them in the program.
3. To be considered, students must register their interest with Mitacs (https://www.mitacs.ca/globalink‐fellowship‐application).
4. Students must also apply to the university directly for acceptance to a research‐based graduate program.
5. Universities will make the decision on whether to accept the student to the graduate program, and the decision on whether or not to offer the
Fellowship.
6. The Fellowship is provided to full time graduate students receiving less than $50,000/yr in awards/fellowships/bursaries/in any academic calendar year.
