This <strong>form</strong> should contain a completed written submission in English (in Microsoft Word), in 1½ line spacing<br />
<strong>form</strong>at and of a maximum length of 1,000 words (excluding the cover data in<strong>form</strong>ation sheet for each Award).<br />
Please send your <strong>nomination</strong> on A4 paper clearly stating the Award category that you are entering. (Please also<br />
note the different in<strong>form</strong>ation and submission criteria for each <strong>award</strong> – these can be found on the <strong>award</strong>s<br />
website at www.itp.<strong>net</strong>/commsmea<strong>award</strong>s2007.)<br />
The written submission should include all relevant in<strong>form</strong>ation the judges can use to evaluate your <strong>nomination</strong><br />
against the criteria of the Award you have selected. Please include as much detailed and concrete in<strong>form</strong>ation<br />
as possible to support the <strong>nomination</strong> – this should include facts and figures about the nominated project or<br />
