申 请 教 师 签 证 的 规 定
( 以 赴 泰 国 教 育 机 构 工 作 为 目 的 的 签 证 )
停 留 期 限 : 不 超 过 90 天
签 证 费 用 : 人 民 币 450 元
申 请 材 料 : 1. 有 效 期 超 过 6 个 月 的 护 照 加 一 份 复 印 件 ;
2. 身 份 证 加 一 份 复 印 件 ;
3. 用 英 文 填 写 两 张 申 请 表 , 一 张 名 单 表 ;
4. 申 请 表 左 上 角 分 别 粘 贴 护 照 规 格 的 近 期 彩 照 ;
5. 确 认 前 往 泰 国 日 期 的 飞 机 票 / 车 票 / 船 票 及 复 印 件 ;
6. 泰 方 院 校 签 发 的 正 式 邀 请 信 原 件 ( 签 证 处 不 接 受 传 真
件 、EMAIL 和 PDF 打 印 文 档 等 材 料 ), 该 邀 请 信 用 英 文 或 泰 文 书 写 ,
注 明 该 人 的 教 学 专 业 、 期 限 和 工 资 等 , 盖 公 章 并 由 负 责 人 签 字 , 并 留
下 联 系 人 的 姓 名 和 电 话 ;
7. 毕 业 证 或 是 学 历 证 明 的 原 件 和 复 印 件 ;
8. 对 前 往 泰 国 私 立 学 校 和 私 立 教 育 机 构 任 教 的 人 员 , 需
要 另 外 补 充 如 下 材 料 :
8.1 由 泰 国 政 府 教 育 部 门 签 发 的 批 文 , 批 准 该 人 前 往 该
学 校 任 教 ;
8.2 经 过 泰 国 校 方 盖 章 认 可 的 泰 国 学 校 经 营 许 可 证 和
注 册 登 记 材 料 的 复 印 件 ;
8.3 经 过 省 外 事 办 公 室 和 泰 国 领 事 馆 认 证 的 《 无 犯 罪 记
录 公 证 书 》
备 注 : 必 须 本 人 亲 自 申 请 办 理 此 类 签 证 , 不 得 由 其 他 人 员 代 理 。

VISA for Teacher in Thailand (NON-B VISA)
FOR:
those who wish to work in educational institution in Thailand
PERMIT TO STAY: not exceeding 90 days
FEE:
450 RMB
DOCUMENTS: 1. Passport with validity not less than 6 months plus one
photocopy.
2. ID card plus one photocopy.
3. Two completed visa application forms filled up in English.
4. Two recent passport-sized photos attached on the application
forms.
5. A confirmed transportation ticket (air/boat/bus) to Thailand.
6. Letter of Invitation either in English or Thai from the
education institution in Thailand, stating that the applicant is invited or
employed. The letter has to specify the position, salary, and duration of
contact of the applicant, with official seal, signature of the legal
representative, address and contact number of the education institution
in Thailand.
7. The academic certificate or graduation certificate of the
applicants plus one photocopy.
8. FOR THOSE WHO GOING TO TEACH IN PRIVATE
EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION IN THAILAND, additional
documents are required as follows:
8.1 The original admission letter issued by the educational
department of Thai government. (The fax or email or
PDF is not acceptable.)
8.2 The certified true copy of business license of the
institution.
8.3 The Notaries Certificate of No Record of Criminal
Offence which is certified by FAO and RTCG in
Kunming.
Note: The applicants should submit the application form in person, not through other
persons.
