4. Regarding interest on delayed payment, JSEB has claimed that in most of the cases payment has made 

within 14 days from the date of receipt of the bills. 

DECISION on 10.12.2012: Both the parties have appeared and were .heard. Both the parties were 

advised to jointly reconcile the dues indicating date of supply of materiaVdate of submission of bill/Cheque 

no and date of payment of the bill along with their final stand on the issue. The case has been re-fixed on l ltl'
