10 am, the second Saturday of the month.
DESCRIPTION:
Qualifying Poker Players will have the opportunity to play in
a Free Roll tournament to win their portion of $15,000.
QUALIFICATION & REGISTRATION:
All Poker Players earning 40 hours of live play or one of the
top 15 positions in tournament points during the qualifying
monthly period will be allowed to register to play in the Free
Roll tournament at 10:00 am on the second Saturday of the
following month, i.e. those qualifying January 1st – 31st
would play on the 2nd Saturday in February.
RULES:
1. Must be an Infinity Card holder to participate.
2. It is the Players responsibility to ensure they have logged
in with their Infinity Card once they begin live play. Players
who do not login will not receive credit for their play.
3. During the qualification period, Players who finish in the
top 20% in our daily/weekly tournaments will receive points
based on amount of participants and buy-in.
4. The tournament or guaranteed prize may be cancelled or
altered at any time due to the number of registrations.
5. Players may begin registering at 8:00am on the day of
the tournament.
6. All Players will receive 8,000 tournament chips. Players
who choose to pay the optional $10 dealer fee will receive
an additional 2,000 tournament chips. The fee must be paid
at the time of registration.
7. Players seating assignments will be decided through a
random draw prior to the start of the tournament. No
substitutions or switching of seat assignments will be
allowed. Play will halt on any table that is three or more
players short until the table is balanced or play is approved
to resume.
8. Mobile devices are not permitted at the table.
9. Blind levels will increase every 30 minutes, with ten
minute breaks after every third blind.
10. Conversations between players and/or spectators are
not permitted while a hand is in progress.
11. Players may not show or discuss their active hand,
previously folded hand or the board until all action is
complete.
12. All hands will be declared dead in the event of a
misdeal.
13. Late registrations will be accepted prior to one and a
half hour’s play, during this time their stacks will be blinded
out. If a Player does not show or contact the Poker Room
during the one and a half hour grace period, then their chip
stack will be pulled and they will forfeit their entry into the
tournament. No Exceptions.
14. If two or more Players are eliminated on the same hand,
the Player who began the hand with the highest chip count
will be awarded the higher Placing position.
15. When eleven Players remain, the tournament will enter
hand-for-hand play. All tables will play one hand at a time
until one player is eliminated after which a redraw for
seating assignments will occur. Players eliminated during
hand-for-hand on the same hand will split the prize payouts
equally.
16. All disputes must be handled at the table before the
completion of the hand and the floor person’s decision is
final.
17. Top ten finishers will qualify for cash prizes, as follows:
First=$3,750; Second=$3,000; Third=$2,250;
Fourth=$1,800; Fifth=$1,200; Sixth=$900; Seventh=$750;
Eighth=$600; Ninth=$450; Tenth=$300.
18. Payouts will not be honored until the conclusion of the
tournament.
GENERAL PROMOTION RULES:
19. Players must be 21 or older to participate.
20. Must be a Players Club member and have a valid Photo
ID to participate in promotions and claim prizes.
21. No employee of the River Spirit Casino or his or her
significant other is eligible to participate.
22. River Spirit Casino reserves the right to determine the
eligibility of any contestant.
23. By participating, customers allow River Spirit Casino to
use their name and likeness for promotional purposes
without additional compensation.
24. All prizes are non-transferable, void where prohibited
by law. No substitutions for any prizes will be allowed
unless authorized by management. In the event a winner
chooses not to claim or accept a prize, they forfeit any and
all claims to the prize, which then can be awarded to
another contestant at the discretion of River Spirit Casino.
25. River Spirit Casino is not responsible for lost, damaged,
or misplaced entries that prevent reception of your contest
entry or attempt to participate.
26. Any violation of the above contest rules or addendum
will constitute disqualification and prizes will not be
awarded by River Spirit Casino, their agencies, sponsors, or
representatives.
27. By entering, parties agree to the above rules and
decisions of the River Spirit Casino management. All
decisions made by River Spirit Casino are final and binding.
28. Title 31 regulations apply to all prizes won.
29. Internal Revenue Service regulations apply to all prizes.
