Telecentric F-Theta Lenses
Telecentric F-Theta Lenses,
focal length 100 mm,
wavelengths 532 nm and 1064 nm.
For the first time, LINOS offers a telecentric
design. Adding telecentricity to
the F-Theta design offers greater depth
of field when marking objects for laser
material processing.
Focal length 100 mm for wavelengths
532 nm and 1064 nm, entrance beam
bundle diameter 15 mm, deviation from
telecentry < 0.9%, usual M85x1 thread.
LINOS Photonics presents
another line of F-Theta
lenses.

• The mirror distances m1 and m2 are
recommended values
• The overall scan angle Ñ refers to
the maximum diagonal scan angle
• The scan length can be calculated
with the formula:
means including an anti-reflection coated protective glass for 1064 nm + VIS.
F-Theta lens condition is satisfied with a precision of 3.4% for all telecentric F-Theta lenses.
Deviation of telecentricity < 0.9%.
