PRICE POLICY A&I Products/PIX parts prices are in a separate catalog. The price list
includes your cost for the part at the time the catalog was printed. No trade or cash
discounts are to be deducted from “your cost” prices. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO
CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
TERMS New dealers will be given an open account credit standing. Invoices are due and
payment postmarked by 30 days following date of shipment. Extended dating is offered
only on PRESEASON SALES or sales pertaining to selected items. Any dealer that is 60
days past due will be placed on C.O.D. indefinitely. Any dealer on C.O.D. is not eligible to
participate in the FREE FREIGHT program or PRE-SEASON DISCOUNT programs.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS Prior to returning parts to A&I Products/PIX for any reason,
you must contact our sales department (800-657-4343) and obtain a Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number. The return must be sent freight prepaid, with the RGA number
clearly marked on the outside of the package to our Rock Valley, Iowa warehouse.
In Canada, all returns are to be sent to our Woodstock, Ontario warehouse. Returned
belts will be subject to a 15% restocking charge except banded belts which have a 30%
restocking charge. The A&I Products/PIX packing list or invoice must be included. Items
being returned must be in new and saleable condition and purchased from A&I Products/
PIX within the preceding twelve months.

WARRANTY A&I Products/PIX warranties all other items distributed by them to be free
from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
A&I Products/PIX reserves the right to inspect any item prior to granting warranty. We
pledge our support in obtaining settlement of reasonable and justifiable claims. A&I
Products/PIX will not assume any responsibility for loss of time, labor, or crop for any
warranted parts.
DEALER’S CUSTOMER PICK-UPS We prefer to do business only with our dealers, but if
you find it necessary to send your customer to us, he must possess written authorization
to charge to your account. We will not accept cash or check from your customer nor will
we quote prices to them. There is always the possibility your customer will discover your
cost, so we urge you not to send your customers if it can be avoided.
NO MINIMUM ORDERS A&I Products/PIX has no minimum order requirement.
PICK UP OR WILL CALL ORDERS Please allow 3 hours to process orders for pick-up.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS & SHORTAGES ON TRUCK FREIGHT/UPS On all freight shipments
ownership passes from us to you upon leaving our dock. The bill of lading is an
acknowledgment by the transportation company of the receipt in GOOD CONDITION of
the shipment. Any damage or shortages cannot be considered our responsibility. It is
important that upon receipt of all shipments that you check for damage or shortages and
if such are in evidence have the driver record and sign for these on both copies of the
freight bill. After this you should promptly file a freight claim for the damage or shortage
with the carrier. Do not destroy packing until inspection has been made by the carrier
or his agent.
CANCELLED ORDERS Orders cancelled after shipment has been made will be subject to
transportation charges in and out and a restocking charge. Special manufactured items
(such as special made spindles) are not returnable.
BACK ORDERS Unless otherwise instructed, we fill all back orders as soon as we receive
merchandise. Our invoices indicate which items, if any, have been back ordered.
FREIGHT A&I Products utilizes many carriers for the shipment of product, and reserves
the right to select the carrier. All orders are shipped freight prepaid and billed on the
invoice.
FREIGHT DISCOUNT POLICY A&I Products offers a freight policy that allows its
customers a discount equal to the amount of their freight on qualifying orders. As all
policies do, this policy has guidelines that must be followed in order for a customer
