2011 has proven to be a record year for pistol classes!
We appreciate your interest and continued support!
In addition to the International Association of Women
Police (IAWP) conference in Lexington, KY we also
appeared at the Rocky Mountain Women in Law
Enforcement conference promoting our female specific
Defensive Tactics and Pistol Combatives classes. Again
we had the privilege of presenting at the National
continue to provide leadership and mentoring
opportunities for everyone involved.
The Dayton Police Department rolled out the red carpet
providing an opportunity for officers representing federal,
state and local agencies to explore training in the areas of
leadership, teamwork, warrior mindset and professional
courage. Dayton City Police Chief Richard Biehl said it
best: "We live in a Nation where we need warrior energy. It is
crucial to our survival."
Attendees left inspired and with a healthier, empowered
warrior mindset and a greater knowledge base of leadership,
teamwork and super-vision!
Of course we brought what we do best; training in the "hard
to kill skills" areas including weapons training, functional
fitness for females, combatives and power
development/delivery, officer down-self help and buddy
rescue as well as providing networking opportunities each
evening.
Lt. Kim Hill: "I had no idea women like you existed." Yes
Lieutenant, and we're building more every day!
LouKa Tactical was well represented bringing seven
instructors. An outstanding learning environment was enjoyed
by all....so looking forward to the next one!
