NOTE: The duration of work shifts may vary depending on volunteer committee needs and event variables such as<br />
the starting tee times. When selecting the days you are available to volunteer, please indicate only the days you<br />
are certain you can work which greatly helps our volunteer committee chairs in their work shift scheduling process.<br />
Administration Services<br />
Answer phones and support tournament staff as needed in the tournament headquarters onsite. Work shifts are<br />
approximately four to five hours between 9 AM to 5 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday before tournament week,<br />
8 AM to 9 PM Monday and Tuesday, 6 AM to 9 PM Wednesday and Thursday, 8 AM to 9 PM Friday and 8 AM to 6<br />
PM Saturday and Sunday.<br />
Admissions / Spectator Services<br />
Sell tickets, dispense golfer pairing sheets, help with Will‐Call and Lost & Found requests, and other spectator<br />
support activities. Work shifts are approximately four to five hours between 6 AM to 4 PM Monday, 9 AM to 4 PM<br />
Tuesday, 6 AM to 4 PM Wednesday and Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday.<br />
Broadcast Services‐ FULL<br />
Work as a Scorer or Microphone Operator at designated holes to support The Golf Channel broadcast, or walk with<br />
an assigned group for 9‐14 holes during the broadcast. <strong>Volunteer</strong>s need a basic understanding of golf and need to<br />
be in good physical condition. Work shifts are approximately six hours from the start to the end of play on Friday,<br />
Saturday and Sunday.<br />
Caddie Center<br />
Register caddies, issue caddie bibs, monitor snack and beverage supply, issue food vouchers. Work shifts are four<br />
hours minimum between 9 AM to 5 PM on Monday and Tuesday, 6 AM to 6 PM Wednesday and Thursday, and<br />
two hours before the first tee time until the Driving Range is empty after round on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.<br />
On Sunday some committee members will be needed until 7 PM.<br />
Course Marshals<br />
Be front and center to the tournament action as you manage spectator noise and control foot traffic on the golf<br />
course during the golf competition. Must be able to work at least one shift on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Work<br />
shifts are approximately six hours between 7 AM to 6 PM Wednesday and Thursday, and between 9 AM and 6:30<br />
PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.<br />
Driving Range FULL<br />
Maintain the Driving Range and short game practice areas; ensure golf balls are available for practice; clean, sort<br />
and bag golf balls; keep track of player name signs and other activities. Light physical activity such as lifting (40 lbs<br />
or less) and bending over may be required. Work shifts are four hours minimum between 6 AM to 10 AM Monday,<br />
10 AM to 3 PM Tuesday, 6 AM to dusk Wednesday and Thursday, and 8 AM until Driving Range is empty after<br />
round on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.<br />
Ecology<br />
Monitor Hospitality skybox and other locations to help Ecology contractor maintain cleanliness of high‐volume,<br />
spectator traffic areas. Work shifts are six hours from the start to the finish of play on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.<br />
Media Center<br />
Assist Media Center Coordinator to register media members, drive media members to various locations, answer<br />
phones, assist photographers, post scores. Work shifts are five hours minimum between 8 AM to 6 PM Monday<br />
through Sunday.<br />

Pro‐Am FULL<br />
Organize player golf bags, prepare golf carts and other activities as needed; this activity requires lifting and<br />
carrying golf bags. Help register players and distribute player gifts. Work shifts are 6 to 8 AM, 11 AM to 1:30 PM,<br />
and 5:30 to 7:30 PM Wednesday and Thursday.<br />
Merchandise Center (<strong>Boeing</strong> Store)<br />
Help set up merchandise before the tournament, sell merchandise during the event and assist with wrap‐up<br />
activities. Work shifts are four hours minimum Monday 7 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday 8 AM to 4PM, Wednesday and<br />
Thursday 6 AM to 6 PM, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8 AM to 6 PM.<br />
Scoring FULL<br />
Walk with player groups and record player scores and statistics on PalmPilot® or paper scorecard. Training is<br />
provided by the PGA. Inexperienced Walking Scorers must work as a Walking Scorer for at least one round during<br />
the Pro‐Am on Wednesday or Thursday before working as a Walking Scorer during the tournament. Walking<br />
Scorers who work at least one round during the Pro‐Am on Wednesday or Thursday will receive priority for<br />
working as a Walking Scorer during the tournament. Good physical condition and experience from Pro‐Am or prior<br />
experience is required. Work shifts during Pro‐Am and the tournament are approximately six hours between 7 AM<br />
and 6 PM on Wednesday and Thursday and 10 AM and 6 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.<br />
Scoreboard Operations<br />
Post players’ golf scores on manual scoreboards at Ninth Hole and Media Center scoreboards. Some work may<br />
involve use of two‐way radio and a computer. Work shifts are eight hours minimum between 10 AM and 6 PM<br />
Friday, Saturday and Sunday.<br />
Skybox Hospitality<br />
Greet skybox guests and escort players visiting sponsors’ skyboxes. Work shifts are four hours minimum between<br />
11 AM – 6 PM Friday thru Sunday.<br />
Shuttle Cart Services FULL<br />
Transport volunteers to assigned work areas in the morning, drive golfers between holes as needed during play,<br />
and transport volunteers back from assignments to <strong>Volunteer</strong> Center at the end of play. Work shifts are four hours<br />
minimum between 6 AM to 7 PM on Wednesday and Thursday, and between 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday, Saturday and<br />
Sunday. Knowledge of golf etiquette is a plus.<br />
Standard Bearers<br />
Carry a scoreboard that displays the individual scores of the players in your group. Minimum age is 14‐yrs‐old, and<br />
volunteers must be in good physical condition. Work shift begins at 10 AM to the end of play on Friday, Saturday<br />
and Sunday.<br />
Transportation<br />
Incredible opportunity for those who want to meet arriving tournament players. During tournament week, drive<br />
Champion Tour pros and other VIP’s to golf courses, hotels, and special events such as Grapes on the Green. After<br />
tournament, help return cars to dealership. A valid driver’s license is required. <strong>Volunteer</strong>s are needed before,<br />
during, and after the tournament week, from August 17 – September 3. Work shifts vary daily.<br />

<strong>Volunteer</strong> Center<br />
Check‐in volunteers, provide food vouchers, and be prepared to support other committees and accept special<br />
assignments as required. Work shift is four hours minimum between 6 AM to 6 PM Monday thru Thursday, and 6<br />
AM to 7 PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Minimum number of volunteers (no more than three) required for 6 AM<br />
to 9 AM shifts.<br />
<strong>Volunteer</strong> Rover<br />
This is a great committee for the new volunteer, as you are able to get a flavor of different volunteer opportunities<br />
across the tournament. Work out of the <strong>Volunteer</strong> Center to assist other volunteer committees and tournament<br />
staff as needed. Work shift is four hours minimum from 6 AM to 6 PM Monday through Sunday.<br />
<strong>Volunteer</strong> Uniforms FULL<br />
Help distribute uniforms at Orientation/Training sessions prior to tournament and during the tournament week.<br />
Work shift is approximately five hours Saturday and Sunday prior to tournament week, and four‐hour work shifts<br />
between 6 AM and 6 PM Monday thru Sunday.<br />
