1. Tour of Building:<br />

a. Managers are to show the relief staff member around the building and the fire<br />

procedures when they arrive for their shift.<br />

Explained how to complete timesheet and example of one given<br />

3. Paperwork:<br />

a. Explained the importance of completing the B&B diary correctly. Recording daily all<br />

residents, issues and visitors to the Premises<br />

b. Weekly Sheets are completed and sent to the office on a Monday. Explained the<br />

need to have these completed correctly from information in the diary<br />

c. Room Inventory is to be done every month so there is an up to date record of what<br />

is on the premises<br />

d. Linen inventory is to be done every 3 months so there is an up to date record of<br />

what is on the premises
