‣ OTHERS: Colorful flyers and information cards to all hotels in the GTA, business associations,
interest & community groups and places of importance. Also in all functions held for the Exhibitors, all
the leading and prominent VIPs of Canada will be invited. 10,000 + free tickets will be distributed to
the various businesses all over GTA.
How to apply for participation:-
Those members who are interested to participate in the said Exhibition are advised to fill in the enclosed
Application Form and send it back to FPCCI with the following documents/payments:-
1. FPCCI’s Application Form.
2. Space rent, any one of the above mentioned package, in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft in
US $ or Cash $ to be deposited in Bank Accounts of FPCCI during Bank hours (The deposit Slip
can be obtained from Accounts Department). The Pay order / Demand Draft should be in the name
of Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry. The Space rent can also be
deposited equivalent to Pak Rs. @ 82/- equal to USD$ 1.
3. FPCCI participation Fee Rs 25,000/ in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft favouring Federation
of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry.
4. Participation Fee / which is not refundable under all circumstances once the company is selected
for participation.
5. Allocation of minimum space to be decided in view of the quantity of items. Minimum space to be
applied for is 10x10 Sq. ft. However, minimum stall to be applied for onyx/marble and wooden
furniture will be multiply of minimum size of stall.
6. Each party will be allocated one item only. In case party applies for two items it will pay double
participation fee and will have take additional stall.
7. Last date for application is 31 ST MARCH 2009. No application will be entertained after last date.
Applications received without participation fee and space rent will not be entertained.
8. The shipment of exhibits will be entire responsibility of the exhibitor himself/herself and all expenses
to be incurred on account of freight, clearing & forwarding will be entire responsibility of the
participant. All expenses on account of Space Rent, Construction of Stall/ Pavilion, Decoration,
Shipment, Freight, Clearing & Forwarding, Accommodation, other Miscellaneous Expenses and
Visa Fee will be borne by the participants themselves individually or collectively.
Documents required to be submitted with application form:
1. Valid Membership of concerned Chamber of Commerce and Industry or Trade Association OR
Membership Certificate of FPCCI Standing Committee on Fairs & Exhibitions and Trade Delegation
for the year 2009 to be obtained against payment of Rs.2000/- being annual membership fee in the
form of Pay order favouring FPCCI (Cash and Cheque not acceptable). The membership form is
enclosed. It is mandatory that the applicant must have valid membership of Fairs & Exhibition
Committee of FPCCI.
2. Photocopy of NTN Certificate
3. Brochure or Profile of the company
4. Export Performance Certificate of Bank or Bank Statement for the last six months
Visa Arrangement
1. FPCCI will recommend two representatives of each selected company to Canadian High Commission
for grant of visa.
2. The applicants should have traveling experience either to USA or Canada or Europe. (UK, Shengen)
3. FPCCI will not be responsible if the visa application is rejected by High Commission of Canada for
any reason.
4. In case of rejection of visa of one representative, out of two, the entire space rent will become nonrefundable.
In case of rejection of visa of both the representatives of a selected company an
administrative fee of US $ 695 will be deducted from the space rent and balance will be refunded.
5. All participants will have to finalize their arrangement in all respect before 25 April, 2009 thereafter, all
amount will become nonrefundable.
