‣ OTHERS: Colorful flyers and information cards to all hotels in the GTA, business associations,<br />
interest & community groups and places <strong>of</strong> importance. Also in all functions held for the Exhibitors, all<br />
the leading and prominent VIPs <strong>of</strong> Canada will be invited. 10,000 + free tickets will be distributed to<br />
the various businesses all over GTA.<br />
How to apply for participation:-<br />
Those members who are interested to participate in the said Exhibition are advised to fill in the enclosed<br />
Application Form and send it back to FPCCI with the following documents/payments:-<br />
1. FPCCI’s Application Form.<br />
2. Space rent, any one <strong>of</strong> the above mentioned package, in the form <strong>of</strong> Pay Order / Demand Draft in<br />
US $ or Cash $ to be deposited in Bank Accounts <strong>of</strong> FPCCI during Bank hours (<strong>The</strong> deposit Slip<br />
can be obtained from Accounts Department). <strong>The</strong> Pay order / Demand Draft should be in the name<br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>Federation</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Pakistan</strong> <strong>Chambers</strong> <strong>of</strong> Commerce and Industry. <strong>The</strong> Space rent can also be<br />
deposited equivalent to Pak Rs. @ 82/- equal to USD$ 1.<br />
3. FPCCI participation Fee Rs 25,000/ in the form <strong>of</strong> Pay Order or Demand Draft favouring <strong>Federation</strong><br />
<strong>of</strong> <strong>Pakistan</strong> <strong>Chambers</strong> <strong>of</strong> Commerce & Industry.<br />
4. Participation Fee / which is not refundable under all circumstances once the company is selected<br />
for participation.<br />
5. Allocation <strong>of</strong> minimum space to be decided in view <strong>of</strong> the quantity <strong>of</strong> items. Minimum space to be<br />
applied for is 10x10 Sq. ft. However, minimum stall to be applied for onyx/marble and wooden<br />
furniture will be multiply <strong>of</strong> minimum size <strong>of</strong> stall.<br />
6. Each party will be allocated one item only. In case party applies for two items it will pay double<br />
participation fee and will have take additional stall.<br />
7. Last date for application is 31 ST MARCH 2009. No application will be entertained after last date.<br />
Applications received without participation fee and space rent will not be entertained.<br />
8. <strong>The</strong> shipment <strong>of</strong> exhibits will be entire responsibility <strong>of</strong> the exhibitor himself/herself and all expenses<br />
to be incurred on account <strong>of</strong> freight, clearing & forwarding will be entire responsibility <strong>of</strong> the<br />
participant. All expenses on account <strong>of</strong> Space Rent, Construction <strong>of</strong> Stall/ Pavilion, Decoration,<br />
Shipment, Freight, Clearing & Forwarding, Accommodation, other Miscellaneous Expenses and<br />
Visa Fee will be borne by the participants themselves individually or collectively.<br />
Documents required to be submitted with application form:<br />
1. Valid Membership <strong>of</strong> concerned Chamber <strong>of</strong> Commerce and Industry or Trade Association OR<br />
Membership Certificate <strong>of</strong> FPCCI Standing Committee on Fairs & Exhibitions and Trade Delegation<br />
for the year 2009 to be obtained against payment <strong>of</strong> Rs.2000/- being annual membership fee in the<br />
form <strong>of</strong> Pay order favouring FPCCI (Cash and Cheque not acceptable). <strong>The</strong> membership form is<br />
enclosed. It is mandatory that the applicant must have valid membership <strong>of</strong> Fairs & Exhibition<br />
Committee <strong>of</strong> FPCCI.<br />
2. Photocopy <strong>of</strong> NTN Certificate<br />
3. Brochure or Pr<strong>of</strong>ile <strong>of</strong> the company<br />
4. Export Performance Certificate <strong>of</strong> Bank or Bank Statement for the last six months<br />
Visa Arrangement<br />
1. FPCCI will recommend two representatives <strong>of</strong> each selected company to Canadian High Commission<br />
for grant <strong>of</strong> visa.<br />
2. <strong>The</strong> applicants should have traveling experience either to USA or Canada or Europe. (UK, Shengen)<br />
3. FPCCI will not be responsible if the visa application is rejected by High Commission <strong>of</strong> Canada for<br />
any reason.<br />
4. In case <strong>of</strong> rejection <strong>of</strong> visa <strong>of</strong> one representative, out <strong>of</strong> two, the entire space rent will become nonrefundable.<br />
In case <strong>of</strong> rejection <strong>of</strong> visa <strong>of</strong> both the representatives <strong>of</strong> a selected company an<br />
administrative fee <strong>of</strong> US $ 695 will be deducted from the space rent and balance will be refunded.<br />
5. All participants will have to finalize their arrangement in all respect before 25 April, 2009 thereafter, all<br />
amount will become nonrefundable.<br />
