“The chief administrative officer at each respective<br />
jurisdiction designates a <strong>GED</strong> Administrator TM who is<br />
directly responsible for the operation, management, <strong>and</strong><br />
secure administration of the <strong>GED</strong> ® testing program in<br />
cooperation with authorized PVTCs throughout the<br />
jurisdiction.”<br />
