The SOMACUT Sheeter is designed to cross cut master rolls and deliver
the resulting product in stacked sheets. The sheeter consists of unwind, cross
cutter, transportation system and stacker.
This accurate and reliable sheeter is equipped with intuitive touch screen control panel, Mitsubishi
PLC, pneumatic unwind brake, AC servo motors and high performance edge trim removal system.

The SOMACUT sheeter is designed to cross cut master rolls and deliver
the resulting product in stacked sheets.
Simultaneous stacking of two piles is possible. This accurate and reliable sheeter is equipped with cut to register
device and a number of features to optimise production. The material is unwound from the parent roll
and introduced directly into the slitting and cutting section.
The slitting section is equipped with a maximum of three knives to permit both
web edge trimming and longitudinal slitting.
The cutting section is equipped with fixed female and rotating male knives and the cut sheets delivered
to the stacker. The stacker automatically aligns the various sheet formats and delivers them in two piles.
