Applicable charges:
Charges as mentioned below are levied by Priority Pass on access of lounges. However, the
lounge visit charges are waived exclusively for Axis Bank Privée Infinite cardmembers.

Terms & Conditions
� The offer provides the Cardmember complimentary membership to the Priority Pass
Program. The Cardholder would be charged for the visits to the lounges as per rates
notied by Priority Pass and the Cardmember has to bear all the costs towards the same
including any guest visit charges.
� Axis Bank holds no warranty & is not representative of the delivery, service, suitability,
merchantability or quality of the product/services/gifts under the offer. Axis Bank would
not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims
that may arise from the quality of service/products provided by Priority Pass.
� Axis Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or
damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise howsoever from any refusal to
honour the offer made by Priority Pass for any reason whatsoever.
� Axis Bank & Priority Pass reserves the absolute right to withdraw and / or alter any of the
terms and conditions of this offer at any time without giving any notice or reasons
whatsoever.

� The cost of lounge visit would be charged through Axis Bank Infinite Credit Card.
� Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the
jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.
� The offer is not transferable, non-negotiable & cannot be encashed.
� Priority Pass shall be responsible to honour the offer and assure smooth execution of the
same.
� Axis Bank Infinite Credit Cardmembers are not bound in any manner to avail the special
offer.
� Any participation by the Cardmember shall be voluntary and the terms and conditions of
the offer shall be binding on the Cardmember.
� All queries or complaints regarding the offer will be redressed by Priority Pass and Axis
Bank would not be liable for the same.
