SLIDEX CONTROL ON NEW ELECTRICAL RADIATORS
VASCO expands its electric range with a new control for pure
electrical and miscellaneous radiators. The Slidex control combines
functionality and design, just like the name suggests.
The user-friendly manual controls have been nicely hidden
behind an elegant and discreet sliding plate.
Beneath this plate are the handy turn and BOOST buttons.
With the turn button the temperature can be adjusted precisely,
the BOOST button provides extra power when necessary.
After pushing the BOOST button, the radiator heats up to maximum
power for two hours. If required, this period can be reduced.
An ideal function to dry towels.
The Slidex control is available in white (RAL9016) and aluminium
grey (RAL9006).
Users can opt for communication via radio frequency between
the Standard or Luxury thermostat and the new control.
The temperature will then be adjusted by these thermostats.

ONE-PIPE SYSTEM
The one-pipe valve with valve-jet pipe must be mounted in the
right collector according to our instructions.
The electrical resistance is mounted in the second collector.
Via the return tube, a free expansion to the expansion tank of
the central heating-installation has to be secured in case of
closed radiator valve (in summer).

WITH CONNECTIONS 1 + 8 AS FLOW AND RETURN
The electrical resistance and the radiator valve are mounted in
the chrome plated T-piece 1/2” which is always delivered with
the electrical resistance, according to the scheme (type
Cocos, Carré CB). For the other radiators with central
connection (1MM8) there is no T-piece needed.
The connection is screwed in the second collector.
The connection can be done in the right collector.
