1. PRIOR CONSIDERATIONS.<br />

The client recognizes and accepts the<br />

contents of these General Sales Conditions, an<br />

example of which will be in their possession,<br />

as regulating supplies of successive orders<br />

handled by COMERCIAL SALGAR, S.A.U.<br />

In the event that any or several of the<br />

stipulations of these General Sales Conditions,<br />

or of any other that might modify or replace<br />

them, were cancelled, or could not be<br />

executed for legal reasons, the validity of<br />

the other stipulations would not be affected<br />

and would in all cases remain in force. In<br />

the event of legal or extrajudicial insolvency,<br />

bankruptcy proceedings of the Client or total<br />

or partial non-compliance with the agreed<br />

terms,COMERCIAL SALGAR, S.A.U. will be<br />

within its rights to dispense with the transaction<br />

with no need for prior notifi cation and with<br />

the possibility of claiming the corresponding<br />

compensation for damages.<br />

2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS.<br />

COMERCIAL SALGAR, S.A.U. reserves the<br />

right to completely or partially modify the<br />

products appearing in this Catalogue at any<br />

time and without prior notifi cation or special<br />

communication.COMERCIAL SALGAR, S.A.U.<br />

will not accept cancellations of orders 24 hours<br />

after their reception.<br />

3. PRICES.<br />

The prices appearing in this catalogue appear<br />

in Euros, and do not include VAT or the cost<br />

of installation, and are recommended retail<br />

prices. COMERCIAL SALGAR, S.A.U. may<br />

vary or modify their prices as they feel fi t. The<br />

publication of this Catalogue effectively cancels<br />

all previous fees. Whatever the case may be,<br />

sales will be formalized for the prices in force<br />

at the moment in which goods are dispatched.<br />

4.PAYMENT CONDITIONS.<br />

The client must meticulously meet the conditions<br />

agreed with COMERCIAL SALGAR, S.A.U.<br />

Otherwise, COMERCIAL SALGAR, S.A.U.<br />

reserves the right to exercise appropriate<br />

actions afforded them in law.<br />

5. GUARANTEE<br />

The products supplied by COMERCIAL<br />

SALGAR, S.A.U. are guaranteed in accordance<br />

with that which is laid down in current European<br />

norms. Claims with be considered valid when<br />

made in writing within fi ve days of the delivery<br />

of goods. The guarantee of COMERCIAL<br />

SALGAR, S.A.U. will not cover deterioration<br />

in the product resulting from its inappropriate<br />

installation, manipulation or use.<br />

6. BREAKAGES DURING TRANSPORT<br />

The client is responsible for inspecting possible<br />

damage that may have occurred to the material<br />

during transport. If damage or deterioration<br />

is detected in the packaging, the sales<br />

representative and COMERCIAL SALGAR,<br />

S.A.U. must be informed within 24 hours. The<br />

goods must be checked upon reception. In<br />

the event that any imperfections are found in<br />

the packaging, the Client must notify these<br />

to the employee of the transport agency so<br />

they can appear in the delivery note, and must<br />

also notify these by any means so the sales<br />

representative and COMERCIAL SALGAR,<br />

S.A.U are informed of their reception within 24<br />

hours. When no imperfections whatsoever are<br />

found, the goods must be accepted and this<br />

fact recorded in the delivery note as accepted<br />

subject to inspection.if having checked the<br />

goods, the client fi nds damage, they must<br />

inform COMERCIAL SALGAR S.A.U. by<br />

any means of their reception in the above<br />

mentioned time period. If this is not done,<br />

COMERCIAL SALGAR, S.A.U. will not be held<br />

responsible for these.<br />

7. RETURNS.<br />

The returns of goods can only be made in<br />

explicit agreement with COMERCIAL SALGAR,<br />

S.A.U. The return must be made in the original<br />

packaging.<br />

Possible claims as regards the state of the<br />

goods must be made during the eight days<br />

following the reception of the goods with the<br />

inclusion of the order data and bill number.<br />

Returns of special orders for reasons that<br />

cannot be attributed to COMERCIAL SALGAR,<br />

S.A.U. will not be accepted.<br />

8. TECHNICAL MODIFICATIONS<br />

COMERCIAL SALGAR, S.A.U. reserves the<br />

right to make technical modifi cations in order to<br />

improve its products without prior notifi cation.<br />

9. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION.<br />

In the event of litigation concerning the fulfi lment<br />

of specifi cations and quality characteristics, the<br />

verifi cation standards and methods employed by<br />

COMERCIAL SALGAR, S.A.U. will take precedence.<br />

The parties expressly agree to submit controversies<br />

that could arise between them as regards the<br />

application or interpretation of contracts that<br />

join them together in the present or the future to<br />

the courts and tribunals of Saragossa. Spanish<br />

legislation will be applicable with the express<br />

exclusion of any other that could also be applied.<br />

When an order is being processed, the client<br />

accepts and submits to the above conditions.<br />

IMPORTANT REMARK:<br />

All the changes or modifi cations in the bath furniture and cabinets of this catalog, as for example: handles, door hand<br />

left, change of feets by wheels or viceversa (in the models that´s possible to do), change of mirrors modules from right<br />

to left, change in mirror of wall hang system from vetical to horizontal, etc. has an increase of 15% on the price, after the<br />

feasibility confi rmation from the factory.<br />

The colors represented in photomechanical printing may have variations on colors and finishes of the original<br />

furniture.
