Peak District National Park<br />
First to Buxton, renowned for its invigorating waters then on to Eyam (the plague town) and Castleton,<br />
with opportunities to visit the famous caverns beloved by Queen Victoria. Continuing over the<br />
wild moors and spectacular High Peak and Snake Pass to arrive at the Lady Bower reservoir, and<br />
finally Derwent Dam, which was made famous by WWII Dambusters.<br />
DAY 3<br />
Chatsworth and Bakewell Puddings<br />
After breakfast we head for Bakewell famous for its Original Bakewell Pudding Shop where you will<br />
have time to take a look round the shop, including a demonstration of how the famous tart is made.<br />
In the afternoon a visit to Chatsworth House is included, one of the finest stately homes in Britain,<br />
with its fabulous gardens and unique treasures set in 105 acres.<br />
DAY 4<br />
Crich Tramway Village<br />
After your leisurely breakfast, have the morning to relax by the pool, have a spa treatment or take a<br />
stroll in the beautiful Peak countryside surrounding the hotel before travelling to the Crich Tramway<br />
Village late morning. A lovely restored period village and home to National Tramway Museum.<br />
