The WSPA allows for additional development potential (units, hotel rooms, and retail and nonretail building square footage) above the maximums that can be developed with the underlying land use designations. Properties in this area can be developed according to the underlying land uses depicted on the General Plan Land Use Map, or, at the discretion of the property owner, can be developed with different or more intense uses if the additional criteria identified in the General Plan for the WSPA can be met and the maximum buildout thresholds identified in this table are not exceeded.
