SPECIFICATIONS
TOPS: Veneer and Laminate tops feature 1-5/16” x 1” Solid
cherry or walnut profile edges to match veneer surface
species.
BASES: 3-1/2” X 7/8” thick solid hardwood bases feature
mitre joints reinforced with 1-1/2” x 1-1/2” hardwood corner
blocks screwed and glued. Levelers are inserted into solid
hardwood. NOTE: All units are standard with 1” adjustable
glides that allow for leveling of units.
MOLDINGS: Solid hardwood beltline moldings are handfitted
plus accent scallop corner frame moldings are included
with molding offerings.
DRAWER FRONTS: Fronts are vertical veneer matched in
sets with all edges detailed with profile shape.
DRAWERS: 1/2” thick hardwood veneer drawer components
have dowel joint construction with a UV finish. Top and bottom
edges are banded for smoothness. File drawer
bottoms are glue block reinforced for extra weight storage.

CABINETS: Cabinets feature dowel construction reinforced
with steel angle plates and screws. Hardwood parting rails
separate drawers for molding accents. Pedestal drawer cabinets
feature 2 box and 1 file drawer or 2 file drawers. Pullout
writing slides are standard in desk pedestals.
DOOR FRAMES: Solid hardwood door frames have Tenon
joints, rigidly glued and clamp fastened.
LOCKS: All cabinet drawers feature locks. Easy rekeying.

QUALITY: Each Jamestown unit is quality checked at 5 Quality
control stations through the manufacturing process.
Each unit is quality coded and recorded at each station.
Quality is #1 at DARRAN.
FACTORY TESTED: All Multi-piece hookups configurations
are joined and inspected for proper alignment, fit, and overall
appearance.
JAMESTOWN/WOODBURY COMPATIBILITY: Jamestown has
been designed and engineered with many Woodbury
features. Special office requirements not found in
Jamestown may be specified from Woodbury. Hookup
workstations can not be mixed, however overheads and
freestanding units are compatible. Contact factory for assistance
in mixing Woodbury and Jamestown product.
