DESIGN-BUILD TRADITIONAL
VENEER:
Design-build Traditional products feature genuine American Walnut and Cherry
veneers selected from premium architectural grades. Veneers are carefully inspected
and matched for best grain and balance appearance.
Selection of genuine veneer furniture over imitation laminates and printed wood
grains are easily recognized and appreciated. Genuine hardwood veneers display
grain, texture, and color variations that change (flip) when viewed from various
directions. Imitation and engineered veneers appear as repetitive clone/monotones
without the uniquely variable beauty of natural hardwood veneers and solids.
FINISH COLOR:
FINISH PROTECTION:
The measure of heirloom furniture is within its handcrafted details and finish.
Each unit has multiple color steps applied and blended to achieve an
overall uniform deep-rich color. DARRAN hand applies 4 different color processes to
ensure consistent beautiful color tones. Be cautious of furniture finished with
minimum color steps or processes that finish components separately.
DARRAN Design-build offers the most comprehensive finish in the Furniture Industry.
All performance claims are laboratory tested and certified. Do Not settle for overrated or
falsely claimed protection of your wood furniture. Demand certified performance data
on all durability claims regarding top coat protection.

DESIGN-BUILD SERVICE PROGRAMS
NO HASSLE FREIGHT:
DARRAN’s superior carton inner packing maintains an industry low damage rate of
.0030 of all products shipped. In the event damage is realized and all proper
handling and receiving requirements are met, DARRAN will handle all claims, remedy
processes and liability costs for satisfactory settlement. (Some items may not qualify.

LOCAL FACTORY SERVICE:
DARRAN is a member of the National Furniture Medic Network Service Franchise
providing local furniture services nationally and internationally. Warranty claims are
coordinated by DARRAN’s Warranty Department with FMS agents who perform
inspection and repairs to qualified claims. Average time from original call to FMS customer
contact is 7 days with remedy normally completed in 7-14 day average.

INSTALLATION COORDINATION:
DARRAN’s design-build products are “built-to-order” as units, thereby ensuring
custom fit and finish rarely found at Mid-price points. These proven methods of
process also allows specifiers to better coordinate product arrivals and placement. This
means saved time and saved money.
