Sierra XP DESIGN-BUILD SERVICE PROGRAMS PROJECT SALES TEAM: DARRAN’s Project Sales Team has a total of 20 years experience and knowledge of products that are available to assist in the development of: • Floor plan layout • Budget development • Purchase order generation • Manufacturing and delivery scheduling PROJECT COORDINATION: DARRAN’s “built-to-order” methods allow the Specifier to identify and plan manufacturing through installation “by floor and by office”. This includes: • Order acknowledgement and paperwork defined by office. • Options, keying and tagging by specific office. • Manufacturing and sequence loading of delivery trailer by specific office - complete and ready for installation. • Packing list with floor plan layout attached to specific office units. • Factory onsite technical/installation consultation and assistance. PROJECT DEPENDABILITY: DARRAN can offer, on request, performance bonds or delivery guarantees that assure a fail-safe schedule and project completion. NO HASSLE FREIGHT PROGRAM: Even though DARRAN has the Industries lowest registered freight damage claim of .0030%, accidents will happen. DARRAN will file the freight charge claim and take all settlement risk, if: • Furniture has not been installed and is located at point of delivery with original cartoning available for inspection. • Furniture was delivered to a commercial dock location. Contact Warranty for qualification and assistance. AREA FACTORY SERVICE: DARRAN is a member of the Furniture Medic Services Franchise with locations nationally and internationally. Medic services are coordinated through DARRAN Warranty department for inspection, reporting, and repair of DARRAN products. Average response time from initial call is 7 DAYS.
