Ms. Orokiata Cisse – Burkina Faso<br />
Associate, Bank of Africa<br />
Ms. Cisse serves as a customer service liaison for clients employing credit/debit cards and ATMs<br />
serves at Bank of Africa (BoA) Burkina Faso. BoA Burkina Faso offers financing, discounts,<br />
exchange, trading, underwriting, purchase, sale and placement of all securities holdings, unions of<br />
portfolio management and investment funds, provides commercial or financial advice, and issues<br />
bonds or debentures. Ms. Cisse is also a leader at a local and national level through organizations<br />
such as Junior Chamber <strong>International</strong>. Ms. Cisse is working on a business venture to process shea<br />
nuts into shea butter. This project would benefit woman in rural areas, allowing them to undertake<br />
activities that will generate revenue as well as benefit the environment, since the tree planting helps<br />
balance the eco system.<br />
Mr. Philippe Tegawende Diendere – Burkina Faso<br />
Commercial and Public Relations Manager, Agence Efficience<br />
As the Commercial and Public Relations Manager at Agence Efficience, Mr. Diendere works to<br />
design sales and marketing strategies and assist with the implementation and coordination of<br />
trade and public relations policies. Agence Efficience is a communications firm that specializes in<br />
advertising, publishing, as well as communications research and training. Mr. Diendere recently<br />
became the Executive President of the Junior Chamber <strong>International</strong> (JCI) in 2012. JCI organizes<br />
trainings and workshops for young Burkinabe. Mr. Diendere has also organized many events,<br />
including blood drives, and a presentation about traffic accidents for high school students. He is<br />
developing a project to increase agricultural production in Burkina Faso that will help provide food<br />
sufficiency through researching and experimenting with new techniques to enrich the soil and by<br />
experimenting with seeds specially adapted to the soil.<br />
Mr. Donatien Lhye Dioumy Moubassango – Gabon<br />
Secretary General, National Convention of Young Volunteers<br />
Mr. Moubassango serves as Secretary General of the National Convention of Young Volunteers, a<br />
non-governmental organization that aims to give Gabonese youth a voice in their communities and<br />
promote democracy by fostering youth solidarity and responsibility. The NGO has 40 active members<br />
who work with local schools throughout the country, allowing it to extend its reach to approximately<br />
1,000 young Gabonese a year. Mr. Moubassango serves as the NGO’s spokesperson, coordinates<br />
with local authorities to plan and implement the organization’s activities, and oversees its goals and<br />
mission. He is regularly solicited to work with UN agencies such as UNDP and UNFPA. He also<br />
works with the Presidency on several issues related to youth empowerment and democracy.<br />
