NETZER is…
Fundraising for Nepali
Youth Scholarships
In Nepal, High School ends at 10 th grade. Years 11 & 12 are considered
‘college’ and not subsidised, creating barriers for youth from poor families.
Tevel B’Tzedek (Earth In Justice or TBT) is an Israeli non-­‐profit NGO focusing on
social & environmental development in Nepal. TBT offers ‘college’ scholarships to
youth of rural villages. These youth serve as mentors
for kids of their home village (in TBT’s youth
movement framework, similar to Netzer),
teaching them values of volunteering,
leadership and social responsibility.
1 full college scholarship = $200
Netzer supports youth leadership and believes
in education opportunities for all. We want to
fundraise for 5 college scholarships to help 5 of TBT’s
motivated village youth gain a higher level of education
and wider future opportunities!

Home-made Peace Prayer Flags
Tevel B’Tzedek have designed
and produced beautiful Nepali
hand-made and colourful Peace
Prayer Flags!
The flags are printed with the
word “Shalom” (meaning ‘Peace’
in Hebrew), as well as Rabbi
Natan of Nemerov’s ‘Prayer for
Peace’ (available in both Hebrew
and English text).
TBT: “These flags will not only serve as decorative and conversation
pieces in your home, but also serve as a reminder of the need for peace in
today's tumultuous world, and our abilities to make peace a tangible reality.”
