• The awards Czech Champion and International Champion are subject to the<br />
issued provisions.<br />
• Saturday – Grand Prix of National Breeds – all dogs of Czech national breeds,<br />
both <strong>FCI</strong>-recognized and not-recognized, incl. československý vlčák, participate in the<br />
defile. In the final contest, only dogs having obtained CAJC and BOB compete.<br />
• Junior handling I. and II. category, Best Couple, Best Kennel, Best veteran, Best<br />
puppy, JBOD (-Best junior dog), BIG, BOD, BIS<br />
• Best Couple – a male and a female of the same breed and variety presented at<br />
the show, owned or co-owned by the same person(s). The co-ownership must<br />
be confirmed by a record in the pedigree.<br />
• Best Kennel – minimum three individuals of the same breed and variety, which<br />
have been judged at the show, which come from the same kennel and which<br />
have at least two different or mothers.<br />

Paymend may be made by postal order by bank transfer. A payment proof has<br />
to be attached to the application form in any instance. Cancellation and money<br />
refund after the second deadline is not possible.<br />
Veterinary provisions<br />
• All participating specimens must be clinically healthy.<br />
• The dogs do not need a certificate of clinical health examination any more.<br />
• Dogs that have not undergone the veterinary check-in control, must not participate at the show.<br />
• The dogs must have a passport for small animals (EU pet passport) or<br />
a vaccination passport containing a record showing that the dog is in immunity<br />
against rabbies, canina distemper, parvovirosis and leptospirosis. Dogs<br />
coming from EU member states and from third countries must have a valid<br />
EU pet passport and must fulfil the conditions laid down by the EU Regulation<br />
998/2003 of 26. 5. 2003.<br />
• During the show, the owners should take measures ensuring that mutual<br />
attacking of animals or injuring people is prevented.<br />
Instructions for application completion<br />
Complete the application on a typewriter or in block capitals. Illegible application<br />
forms will be returned. The organizer accepts no responsibility for wrongly completed<br />
applications. Unless a photocopy of Performance Certificate (the examination certificate,<br />
not tables and exam confirmation or Championship Certificate for the Champion class)<br />
is enclosed the dog will be classified to the open class. A proof of fee payment has to<br />
be attached to the application, unless the application will be returned. The fee may be<br />
paid at the show in exceptional situations upon agreement with the organizer, as per<br />
the 2nd deadline. The postal date on evelope is decisive for distinction between the first<br />
and second deadlines. Reclassification or exclusion of dogs after the deadline is not<br />
possible. Acceptance of a dog to the show will be confirmed in written 10 days before<br />
the show. By application acceptance each exhibitor is subject to all the provisions of the<br />
<strong>FCI</strong>.Exhibition Rule and the internal rules. Important note: A photocopy of the pedigree has<br />
to be attached to the application – applies to all the dogs admitted to the exhibition.<br />
General provisions<br />
The exhibition is accessible to males and females of all breeds registered in the books<br />
recognized by the <strong>FCI</strong> that reached the age required for classification no later than on the<br />
day of the show. The show organizer does not take responsibility for damages caused<br />
by a dog or an exhibitor, or for dog loss or dead. Free running of dogs is not allowed.<br />
Biting dogs have to wear muzzles. The Show Committee may reject an application<br />
without giving a reason. Changes of dog exterior done by excessive hair spraying, hair<br />
dying and the basic trimming with log-term training of dogs on tables is not allowed.<br />
Hot females, females at advanced gravidity stages, nursing females, individuals with<br />
operative or other interventions on exteriors to a detect removals and dogs with cropped<br />
ears are excluded from the exhibition. Owners of „BOB“ awarded dogs are obliged to<br />
participate in the final winner show with their dogs. Colour traits are judged according<br />
to the <strong>FCI</strong> provisions. Unless otherwise stated in the instructions, the provisions of the<br />
<strong>FCI</strong> International Exhibition Rule and the CMKU Exhibition Rule apply. If the show does<br />
not take place for any reasons the fees will be used for settlement of the exhibition costs.<br />
Sale puppies is forbidden during the show. An exhibitor agrees with publication of his<br />
address in the catalogue.<br />
Complaints:<br />
Complaints against judge‘s decision is inadmissible. Only formal reasons of breaching<br />
the Exhibition Rule or instructions may be contested. A complaint has to be filed in<br />
written together with a bail of CZK 1000 during the exhibition only. Unless the protest<br />
is found justified the bail will be forfeited for the benefit of the show organizer.<br />
