ELISA Validation
OriGene’s standard ELISA protocol is available on the OriGene website.
LDHA protein (TP317733) was detected in a sandwich ELISA according to OriGenes
standard ELISA Protocol. The capture antibody (TA600009) was coated onto a clear
high binding plate at 5 g/ml. The protein was diluted from 30 ng to 0.1 ng/ml, the
detection antibody (TA700009) was used at 2 g/ml, and the streptavidin-HRP was
used at 0.5 g/ml. Signal was generated with a soluble TMB substrate. Absorbance
was measured at 450 nm after addition of the stop solution.
