All Special Finish Orders Are Non-Cancellable & Non-Returnable
LIMITED WARRANTY
BrassCraft warrants to the original residential purchaser that the finish on BrassCraft Special Finish products will be free from defects
in material and workmanship for the following durations:
• All finishes on Kitchen Accessories are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• With the exception of Kitchen Accessories, Coated Polished Brass and Satin Nickel finishes are warranted for 10 years
from the date of purchase.
• All other finishes are warranted for as long as the original residential purchaser owns the product.
If there is a defect during the warranty period, BrassCraft, at its option, will repair the product, replace the product, or refund your
purchase price. This warranty does not cover alleged defects or damages to the extent they relate to abuse, misuse, neglect, normal
wear and tear or failure to follow BrassCraft’s installation and maintenance instructions. To make a claim under this warranty, send
the product, your name and address, a description of the defect, and your original proof of purchase, postage prepaid, to the BrassCraft
Warranty Department at 39600 Orchard Hill Place, Novi, MI 48375-5331 within 30 days of discovering the defect. This warranty
is not transferable.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE
LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so
the above limitations may not apply to you. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LABOR AND COST OF LABOR, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF
CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
