Notice Inviting Tender for Annual Maintenance Contract
(AMC Comprehensive)
Application are invited in the prescribed format for the Annual Maintenance
(AMC) contract for AC maintenance at MTDC Ltd. Office premises at Mumbai.
Mumbai Contractors who fulfill the following requirements shall be eligible to
apply:
1. The bidder should have satisfactorily carried out at least one AMC contract for
AC installation in Banks, Govt. Offices financial institutions, major hotels or
multi-storied office buildings.
2. Annual turnover of the bidder during the last 3 years ending 31 st March, 2013
shall be at least Rs.2.00 lakh.
3. The bidder should have an office based in Mumbai with minimum 2
technically qualified staff to render the said services.
4. The bidder should have Class-A Electrical Contractors license to take-up such
works.
Please note that the details furnished shall be for the maintenance jobs and not
for the installation works.
a) Completed applications duly supported by prescribed Annexure (I & II) and
an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.10,000/- in favour of MTDC.
b) The vendors are requested to inspect the site, if required, with prior approval
of the organization before submitting the offer.
c) The Cover-1 & 2 shall be enclosed in a separate cover and addressed to the
Sr.Manager (Adm.), M.T.D.C. Ltd., C.D.O. Hutments, Opp. LIC Bldg.,
Madam Cama Road, Mumbai-400 020. This cover should be dropped in the
tender box placed at on or before 14:30 hrs. of 22/08/2013.
d) Cover-1 (Pre-qualification Bid) shall be opened at 15:00 hrs. on 23/08/2013.
The date and time of opening Cover-2 (Price Bid) of the pre-qualified vendors
would be intimated separately.
e) Contractors are advised to inspect and ascertain fully all the existing
installations at MTDC office premises before quoting in their Price Bids.
f) The tender shall be valid for 6 months from the date of submission.
g) The rate for providing the maintenance services shall be quoted as per the
enclosed format and shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, works, contract tax,
service tax, VAT, etc.
h) Conditional tenders will not accept and be summarily rejected.
i) If any information furnished by the applicant is found to be incorrect at a later
date, the bidder shall liable to be debarred from tendering/taking up the work
in MTDC reserves the right to verify the particulars furnished by the applicant
independently.
j) MTDC reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any
reason and to restrict the list to any number deemed suitable by it, if too many
applications are received satisfying the basis pre-qualification criteria.

The bidder should also furnish the following information in Cover-1
a) Company Profile.
b) Name & address of the clients for whom the jobs were executed.
c) Turnover of the Company.
d) Copies of the certificates from the clients for satisfactory services.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Comprehensive AMC will be for one Year.
2. AMC will cover repairs/replaced compressors.
3. AMC will cover repairs/replacement Indoor fan, Motor, Outdoor fan,
Motor, AMC will cover repairs/ replacement of Relay, starting, running fan
Capacitor single phase, fan blade, air filter, gas changing.
4. If A.C wire cut by rat and any civil work in wall and any other problem like
Short-circuit; gas leakage etc. charges will be included in AMC.
You are, therefore, requested to give the sealed rate for the said work at the
Earliest
