„Activited during Cuci-muci part 1<br />

Get know each other<br />

First day of the youth exchange was<br />

dedicated for participant to break ice,<br />

get to know each other and each others’<br />

cultures. We achieved this through playing<br />

ice breaker games, sharing stories and playing<br />

introductory games<br />

followed by welcome night during<br />

which participants had a chance to in<br />

more relaxed way chat to each other<br />

and star the process of building safe,<br />

relaxed and positive atmosphere in which<br />

they would feel safe to freely share their<br />

experiences and oponions.


Meet the city and the locals<br />

Our participants was directly make contact with the local<br />

community, as they are accommodated in Ada and the<br />

sessions of the exchange happened in a very near<br />

location. A lot of Ada's citizens moved there frequently,<br />

so inevitable some participants take contact or Ada's<br />

citizens talked or chatted with our participants


Picnic<br />

We went to a walk through Ada to the bank of Tisa River<br />

where we organized picnic. Participant were involved in<br />

all stages of organizing the picnic from getting the wood for<br />

cooking to doing the actual cooking of chicken stew which is a<br />

local specialty. They also had chance to do different sports<br />

like volleyball, table tennis and football and compete in what<br />

we called autumn Olympic Games

The Solutions/Project Ideas<br />

Project idea No 1. by the participants:<br />

“Trange frange”<br />

Project main activity: Training course<br />

Background-Why: Because a lot of young people don’t have<br />

the instrument to manage to find a job.<br />

Aim: Teaching young people how to face an application process in the future and<br />

how to write a CV,<br />

Motivation letter and how to fill in an application form and how to present their skills.<br />

Activities: (Energizers, lectures, group building games) about the issue.<br />

- Interview with H.R. to get some advice<br />

- Organize an event to share with the citizens the result of their work<br />

Direct target group: youth 18 to 30 years old. 6 participants from 8 different countries.<br />

How: - Learning by doing<br />

-Non formal education


Project idea No 2. by the participants:<br />

Sport + Healthy life<br />

Aim: live and eat in healthy way try to reduce the use of Medias and learn more about the sports.<br />

Duration: 10 days<br />

Target group: 18-30 years old<br />

Where: Camp near the mountain and beach<br />

Activities:<br />

- Sports<br />

- Building team games<br />

- Avoid the use of media<br />

- Healthy food<br />

Description: project made for people who want to change the style of their life and get knowledge<br />

about food and sports…


The Art<br />

Street Art<br />

The participants painted in the canter of town two pictures about youth unemployment,<br />

but also about Erasmus + and promoting the intercultural learning


Presentation in Town<br />

The exhibition in community<br />

Participant themselves decided how to exhibit their posters and photos with following<br />

text to even better explain their message. The exhibition was visited by local high school<br />

youth, local people and press. Participants organized energizer games which they played<br />

with local youth with aim to inspire them to be active and participate in similar activities.<br />

Press team gave interviews to local and regional press. Welcome team, welcomed people in.


Press conference in City Hall<br />

The promotion in community finalized with press conference on which representative from<br />

each country talked, about our project, their personal experience, similarities and<br />

differences in youth unemployment problems and their possible solutions.<br />

Intercultural, Party and Fun<br />

Every night some country presented their culture during presentation different kind of<br />

presentation, music, dances food, drinks etc. Participant really enjoyed these nights and learned<br />

lots of things about each other couture.


Beside of cultural nights we, together with our participants organised every night different<br />

group activities where participant meet each other better and became a good team and friends.<br />

Our farewell party the „<strong>CUCI</strong>-<strong>MUCI</strong>” night organised by the<br />

participants, lot of fun and emotions!

learned about inclusion of all members of the class and<br />

then we went to participate in the press conference and I<br />

learned how important are different views, different<br />

opinions, and to be able to understand all<br />

Youth Organisation IFIX is working with youth mostly from the Municipality Ada and around. We organise<br />

different kind of workshops, sport and other activities for our participants. In a last 3 years we taking part in<br />

more than 30 International Projects (Youth in Action, Erasmus+, Eacea) around Europe.<br />

GYIÖK is a non formal group formed by 15 High school students from the town Dombrád. We have our own<br />

community house where we organise different kind of activities for local youth. In a last 2 years we are taking<br />

part in International field, mostly Youth in Action and Erasmus+.
