Established in 1887, <strong>Bendigo</strong> <strong>Art</strong><br />
<strong>Gallery</strong> is one of the oldest and largest<br />
regional galleries in Australia. The<br />
restored 19th century rooms and new<br />
gallery spaces allow for the display<br />
of the <strong>Gallery</strong>’s collection, including<br />
painting, sculpture, ceramics, decorative<br />
arts, photography and works on paper,<br />
with an emphasis on 19th century<br />
European art and Australian art from<br />
1800 onwards.<br />
<strong>Gallery</strong> Shop<br />
The <strong>Gallery</strong> Shop is a wonderful place<br />
to find interesting and unusual objects<br />
which could be presents for loved ones<br />
or a treat for yourself. The shop features<br />
a selection of Australian art, craft<br />
and design and also supports some of<br />
<strong>Bendigo</strong>’s local talent.<br />
