The five day Conference was attended by 1585 participants from 101 countries. The Conference had 30 working sessions and eight special sessions. All the working groups came up with their own recommendations which were then fused to form final declaration of the conference. The declaration was presented on the final day which was accepted by the participants. The NBDF-Rwanda National Coordinator was among international participants.
