Landscape waste burned on premises where generated. Only when atmospheric<br />

conditions readily dissipate contaminants. Only if burning does not create a visibility<br />

hazard on roadways, walkways, or railroad tracks. Only during daylight hours by a<br />

person over the age of 18. No burning on village streets. No burning the weekend<br />

before Thanksgiving.<br />
