OPEN BURNING ORDINANCE AND COLLECTION<br />

OR DROP-OFF ALTERNATIVES<br />

Residents are allowed to burn nursery debris.<br />

Collection: Residents arrange with private hauler.<br />

No Burn Policy. Fine: $100 to $500 per occurrence<br />

Collection: Weekly collection by city truck. Yard waste is collected in paper bags or<br />

cans, the first week of March through December 15 and also the second full week of<br />

January and the second full week of February.<br />

<strong>Burning</strong> is allowed during daylight hours.<br />

Collection: Residents contract with private hauler.<br />

Landscape waste only on premises. When atmospheric conditions dissipate<br />
