<strong>Booking</strong>s must be confirmed at least two weeks in advance. A deposit of £5 per player is required .<br />
Final Numbers for meals must be confirmed 48 hours in advance.<br />
Dress Code: The <strong>Club</strong> operates a dress code of smart casual at all times, both on the course and in the<br />
<strong>Club</strong>house. This does not include denim jeans, tracksuits, shellsuits, collarless shirts or training shoes.<br />
Organisers should be aware that anyone not conforming to the <strong>Club</strong> dress code will not be allowed to<br />
Participate.<br />
Any reduction in numbers with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the<br />
per head cost, per individual<br />
