MasterCol ® D2 Wood & Paper Adhesive
One Component PVA Adhesive
Homopolymer PVA dispersion with high elasticity. Fforms
strong elastic bond, with high aging resistence.
APPLICATIONS
MasterCol ® D2 Wood & Paper is specially produced for easy and
high quality bonding of wood, wooden laminates, plywood, chip
board, rigid PVC, MDF, lather, paper, textile, where high bond
strength is required. It is ideal for wood applications.

HOW TO USE
Surface preparation
Both surfaces should be free from oil,
grease, dust, or loose material to secure a
good adhesion. Clean the surfaces with
MasterClean ® . At least one surface should
be porous.
The instruments should be dry and free from
oil and dust.
How to apply
MasterCol ® D2 Wood & Paper is ready
for use.
The glue should be applied in a thin even
coat to one surface. If high bond strength
and water resistance is required, apply to
both surfaces. Clamp for 30 minutes.
Recommended working temperature is +5 o C
to +40 o C. For best results use the opened
container the same day.
CLEANING
Wipe up excess with water-dampened cloth
before the glue dries. Cured product can
only be cleaned mechanically.
HANDLING PRECAUTIONS
Product safety information required for safe
use is not included. Before handling, read
product and safety data sheets and container
labels for safe use, physical and health
hazard information.
USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE
The adhesive should be kept dry, in tightly
closed original container at cool place, but
do not allow freezing. Storage – 12 months.
PACKAGING
MasterCol ® D2 Wood & Paper is
available in plastic containers of capacity of
1 kg, 500g and 200g.
