B Grade Panel Cosmetics
The minor cosmetic imperfections in B-Grade panels:
• Have no influence on product performance, reliability or lifetime
• Are not visible when the panel is viewed from several meters away
• Can involve misalignment in cell strings which may be visible from more
than several meters away
• Are visually inspected multiple times in the factory to ensure e correct
categorization and separation from A-grade panels

Typical Imperfections
• Misaligned, missing or broken white print-lines on the cell surface
• Small debris or blemishes under the glass
• Small chips out of the cell edges
• Minor variations in cell color and “spots”
• Small cell breaks at the edges
• Minor misalignment between cells and/or junction box location
• Narrow “white space” around the perimeter between the cells and frame
• Holes or scratches in the back-skin ki patched with a protective ti sealant
• Small scratches or discolorations on the frame
