Financial Update
Thank you for your faithful giving that
has supported the ministry of The MET
through this transition year. To the end
of August, income toward the budget
totalled $1,994,451 and expenses
$2,039,705. That leaves a shortfall of
$45,254 which is about normal for
this time of the ministry year. We
praise God for His provision.
Thank You From High River
Thank you for sharing and praying
following the flood. Your gift of
mattresses brought much comfort to
over 100 people as they experienced
both physical comfort and the
opportunity to learn of the Comforter.
“There is one body and one Spirit – just
as you were called to one hope when
you were called – one Lord, one faith,
one baptism; one God and Father of
all, who is over all and through all and
in all.” With love in Christ and on
behalf of the High River Baptist Church
Family.
You are NEEDED at 11:00 am
God has entrusted to our care,
children in our METykes ministry, but
we need people who can love and care
for these precious little ones. God has
instructed us to teach our children and
our children’s children. Please don’t
retire from caring for children. Are you
available to God to serve during
this hour? See us at the South Check-In
Desk after the service or contact
of our mother Alma Doermer. We were
