The Breidenbacher hof on the Königsallee in the heart of Düsseldorf looks back
on a long and lively past. Built in 1812 by the restaurateur Wilhelm Breidenbacher
as a hotel for the rich and powerful of the Empire, the Breidenbacher hof developed
into one of the best addresses in the city of Düsseldorf by the middle of the
19th century.
The myth of the legendary five-star grand hotel on the Königsallee was revived
by the modernization of the hotel. It is a tradition here to spoil demanding
