<strong>List</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>designated</strong> <strong>points</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>entry</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>list</strong> <strong>of</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r <strong>points</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>control</strong> in <strong>the</strong><br />
Republic <strong>of</strong> Slovenia<br />
for <strong>the</strong> purposes <strong>of</strong> import <strong>of</strong> risky consignments <strong>of</strong> feed <strong>of</strong> non-animal origin from third countries<br />
Legal basis: Rules on <strong>of</strong>ficial <strong>control</strong>s <strong>of</strong> feed <strong>of</strong> non-animal origin in imports from third<br />
countries (OJ RS 81/07 <strong>and</strong> 5/10) <strong>and</strong> Commission Regulation (EC) No. 669/2009 (OJ L<br />
194/2009), as amended.<br />
Following border crossings in <strong>the</strong> Republic <strong>of</strong> Slovenia shall be regarded as <strong>designated</strong><br />
<strong>points</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>entry</strong> (DPE) for <strong>the</strong> purposes <strong>of</strong> import <strong>of</strong> risky consignments <strong>of</strong> feed <strong>of</strong> nonanimal<br />
origin from third countries:<br />
