<strong>Jeff</strong> <strong>Morr<strong>is</strong></strong> <strong>is</strong> EPA’s <strong>National</strong> <strong>Program</strong> <strong>Director</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Nanotechnology</strong>,<br />

and <strong>is</strong> responsible <strong>for</strong> managing EPA’s Nanomaterials Research<br />

<strong>Program</strong>. <strong>Jeff</strong> leads the US delegation to the Organization of<br />

Economic Cooperation and Development’s Working Party on<br />

Manufactured Nanomaterials, and co-chairs the Working Party’s test<br />

guidelines steering group. <strong>Jeff</strong> also co-chaired EPA’s <strong>Nanotechnology</strong><br />

Coordinating Committee, which <strong>is</strong>sued EPA’s <strong>Nanotechnology</strong> White<br />

Paper in February 2007. Prior to becoming <strong>National</strong> <strong>Program</strong> <strong>Director</strong><br />

<strong>for</strong> <strong>Nanotechnology</strong>, <strong>Jeff</strong> served as acting director of EPA’s Office of<br />

Science Policy. <strong>Jeff</strong>’s academic training <strong>is</strong> in economics and<br />

environmental policy, and all of the several positions <strong>Jeff</strong> has held<br />

during h<strong>is</strong> 16 years at EPA have focused on either regulatory <strong>is</strong>sues<br />
