• <strong>GARUDA</strong> Certificate Authority (CA) issues final<br />
<strong>GARUDA</strong> certificate.<br />
• A certificate is a digital document that certifies that a<br />
certain public key is owned by a particular user. This<br />
document is signed by Certificate Authority (CA).<br />
• CA will send the information about the requestor to<br />
RA.<br />
• CA will have no knowledge about the requestor & will<br />
wait for the GCP’s advice.<br />
