workplace for their on-hired workers. While the OES<br />

provider does not have direct control over the work<br />

practicable, to ensure all employees are safe from risks<br />

at work. State OHS authority guidance expects that OES<br />

providers undertake host employer site assessments to<br />

identify hazards and assess the adequacy <strong>of</strong> controls.<br />
