Training Sessions<br />
Jump Start BootCamp— Step up & be accountable...NOBODY<br />
is left behind . Women and men of all ages<br />
and abilities are able to participate. The intensity of each<br />
day increases slightly, surprise yourself with how much<br />
you really are capable of! You will inspire and be inspired<br />
by others. You will receive a performance report each BC.<br />
1 month—1 Goal!!<br />
Battling Ropes Experience the ultimate power workout<br />
with Velocity Wave & Pole training.<br />
Cardio - This session will focuses on improving your<br />
cardio-respiratory function. The program will call on many<br />
different training disciplines to test your mettle & keep it<br />
real including; Spin Cycle, KickBoxer, Outdoor Ropes or<br />
Circuit Intervals etc.<br />
*Falls Prevention - A very low impact class focused on<br />
joint strength, mobility & balance typically suited to 70+<br />
GPP—A fat-burning class that uses any number of training<br />
tools including some cardio work & not to mention loads<br />
of fun. This class will cycle through various training styles<br />
& tools such as dumbbells, barbells, fitball, resistance<br />
bands, medicine balls, bodyweight, partner, etc.<br />
Health Checks - Stay accountable to your goals. Measuring<br />
blood pressure, fat/water/lean tissue %'s + heart rate<br />
recovery, flexion range & strength levels.<br />
Kids Self Defence & Martial Arts - Fun & practical sessions<br />
that build self esteem, discipline, respect, memory, balance,<br />
strength, fitness, hand/eye co-ordination & teamwork<br />
whilst building the foundations of a solid personal<br />
self defence system (planned for future).<br />
PunchFit - Learn proper punching, padwork and evasion<br />
techniques, all while using top quality AAA Grade Punch<br />
equipment under the supervision of a qualified PunchFit<br />
trainer. Relatively impact free & as intense as any!<br />
*Senior Fit - Low impact Cardio / Toning/Balance session<br />
that packs a smile typically for 50+<br />
Strength for Life - A subsidised entry level toning/<br />
strength based program for those 50+.<br />
Tabata—Short sharp & shiny…& the ability to push your<br />
intensity way high if you choose in a safe environment!<br />
Tai Chi - Originally developed in ancient China for selfdefence,<br />
tai chi evolved into a graceful form of exercise<br />
that's now used for stress reduction, balance, tone and to<br />
help with a variety of other health conditions such as<br />
Arthritis & Diabetes.<br />
Strive 123 Circuit - Get a full body workout in 30-45min’s max<br />
with the latest technology. Adjustable Variable Resistance provides<br />
perpetual variety..continued progress...better results in<br />

Yoga Flex - A great place to start improving your spinal/joint<br />
mobility, strength & range. You will reinforce flexibility &<br />

Martial Arts created by a Buddhist Nun. Develop good mental<br />
health, balance , correct posture, & build confidence fast<br />
through the practice of partnered Chi-Sau (sticking hands) and<br />
