The Charming Villa , one of the “Dimore ” is situated a few miles from the historic centre of Assisi, whose beauty<br />

handmade cotto tiles, precious fabrics and furniture: the original architectural features have been preserved and…. at the<br />
same time, “La Villa” has all the modern facilities and meets the requirements of modern hospitality. The villa has<br />
a wide outdoor space with garden, olive trees, fountains, swimming-pool, shower, barbecue, garden. Inside, there are 3 deluxe<br />
double bedrooms, twin beds, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living-room and sitting-room with fireplace, big tavern, terraces and an<br />
absolutely beautiful porch with great view of Assisi. Our guests can practise jogging along the several naturalistic paths around<br />
the villa with the help and advice of our personal trainer. Moreover, they can try the excellent restaurant of our Resort and Spa<br />
, less than one mile from the villa, and book beauty treatments in our exclusive Spa with Jacuzzi, chromotherapy, sauna,<br />
steam bath, evocative massage rooms, or simply relax by the scenic pool. On request, it is possible to hire a cook and have<br />
daily maid service. Our weekly rates include the rent of the whole property, all expenses (except heating), linen change every<br />

The first apartment (4+2) has two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, one double sofa-bed, a big living-room, kitchen and terrace with great view of Assisi. The second apartment (2+1) has a<br />
double bedroom with bathroom, a single sofa-bed , living-room and kitchen. Every bedroom is equipped with telephone, Internet access and satellite TV. Our guests can do many activities: go on a<br />
tour, taste the excellent typical food and wines in the near Agriturismo Lo Sperone (which belongs to the same owners) or simply relax using the whirlpool, sauna and Turkish bath in our fitness<br />
centre. A cook and daily maid service are available on request. We recommend to rent the whole property in high season, while in middle and low season the two apartments can be rented<br />
