<strong>Free</strong> <strong>Internet</strong> <strong>access</strong> <strong>at</strong> <strong>service</strong> st<strong>at</strong>ions<br />
<strong>SOCAR</strong> is equipping its biggest <strong>service</strong> st<strong>at</strong>ions in Switzerland with free <strong>Internet</strong> <strong>access</strong><br />
The new premium brand in the Swiss energy business is expanding its customer <strong>service</strong>: In<br />
collabor<strong>at</strong>ion with Swisscom, <strong>SOCAR</strong> is equipping the migrolino shops in its main <strong>service</strong><br />
st<strong>at</strong>ions with free <strong>Internet</strong> <strong>access</strong> (Public Wireless LAN – PWLAN). The first 15 hotspots are<br />
already installed and up-and-running. The next few months will see up to 50 <strong>SOCAR</strong> <strong>service</strong><br />
st<strong>at</strong>ions across Switzerland offering Public Wireless LAN.<br />
<strong>SOCAR</strong> customers can enjoy up to two hours’ free <strong>Internet</strong> surfing per day.<br />
<strong>SOCAR</strong> provides inform<strong>at</strong>ion on the l<strong>at</strong>est <strong>service</strong> st<strong>at</strong>ions to offer free <strong>Internet</strong><br />
<strong>access</strong> on the exclusive St<strong>at</strong>ion Finder App (for iOS and Android mobiles and<br />
tablets) and the company website www.socarenergy.com. These <strong>service</strong> st<strong>at</strong>ions<br />
are also recognisable by the WiFi logo displayed on the petrol price signs.<br />
Swisscom customers using the <strong>SOCAR</strong> <strong>service</strong> st<strong>at</strong>ions can dial into the network<br />
directly via WiFi without having to log in. Users with a mobile phone from another<br />
provider enter their phone number on the login page and the password for free<br />
<strong>Internet</strong> <strong>access</strong> is then sent to them via SMS.<br />
