THE EVENT
The CAD/CAM & Computerized Dentistry International Conference, held on 02 – 05 May 2012 at The Ritz-
Carlton Hotel in Dubai, UAE, brought together 845 attendees from 24 countries for sixth time and continuing
the reputation as the industry’s leading international conference.
The conference was organized by Emirates Dental Society and Center for Advanced Professional Practices
(CAPP), and co-organized by the Saudi Dental Society. The scientific was program accredited by the Health
Authority – Abu Dhabi, Ministry of Health UAE and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

conference schedule included four sessions with a variety of topics being
presented and discussed and three workshops. This year we included the

The conference welcomed 850 participants, 150
representatives from international companies. many
visitors and guests attended at the two days
conference. 23 different countries were presented -
Armenia, Australia, Bahrain, France, Germany, India, I
ran, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, KSA, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, O
man, Palestine, Poland, Qatar, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain,
Syria, UAE and UK. Participants accumulate the latest
opinions, trends, and insights from industry thought
leaders, shared experiences with colleagues, made
new contacts and bound existing relationships, and
exchange their ideas and knowledge.

Networking Opportunities
As every year our two innovative events “Breakfast with the
sponsors” and “Meet the sponsor “ during the conference give the
opportunities to the delegates to network with the industry and to
see the latest technologies and equipment’s. This is the place where
dental industry and dental specialists build relationships. We try to
provide one an interactive environment where the delegates had
opportunities to share their clinical experience and give a feedback to

The Veneers Hands-on treatment modality demands that the
restorative dentist acquire proper knowledge and skills as well
as following certain protocols to be able to achieve the desired
results. This presentation discussed factors that affect
preparation, shade selection, temporization, as well as
