This has reference to admission for UG Medical (MBBS) Course for the
academic year 2013-14. The JSSU UGET-2013 test scores and rank list are
hosted on the web site: www.jssuni.edu.in . For the sake of administrative
convenience candidates from JSSU UGET – 2013 Medical (MBBS) rank list,
1 – 300 are called for 1 st round of counseling, to be held on 01.07.2013 and
02.07.2013, as per the following schedule.

The candidates from the JSS University UG Medical (MBBS) Rank
list 2013 (JSSU UGET -2013), who had appeared in the first round
of counseling and have been waitlisted are only eligible to attend
the subsequent rounds of counselling.
COUNSELING VENUE:
You are requested to report to the JSS Medical College, Sri
Shivarathreeshwara Nagar, Mysore – 570015, Karnataka for counselling,
as per the Schedule announced.

At the time of counselling, the candidates shall submit their original documents
and prescribed tuition fee compulsorily for allotment of seats. Without original
documents / Prescribed Tuition fee, candidates will not be allowed to attend the
counselling for selection of seats.
Following Original Certificates along with the 3 sets of photocopy are to be produced:
01. JSSU UGET - 2013 TAT card
02. JSSU UGET – 2013 score / rank (Downloaded copy of result from JSSU
Website: www.jssuni.edu.in
03. S.S.L.C./Equivalent examination marks card.
04. 10+2/ II P.U.C./Equivalent examination marks card.
05. B.Sc.,/Equivalent examination all the three years marks cards (in case of
graduates)
06. Conduct/Character and Transfer certificate issued by the college last
studied.
07. Date of birth certificate if not mentioned in the SSLC/Equivalent
examination marks card.
08. Caste / community certificate (The certificate issued by competent
authority)
09. Physical fitness certificate issued by a Medical Officer not below the rank of
Assistant Surgeon.
10. Transfer certificate for Karnataka board candidates
11. Migration Certificate issued by the Board /University in case of candidates
studied other than Karnataka State Board.
12. Six Passport size photo’s, of which one to be affixed to the application form
in space provided.
13. An affidavit in the format signed by self and countersigned by Parent /
Guardian in the presence of Notary Public on a stamp paper of Rs.50/-
(ANNEXURE – IV of the Brochure)
14. DD’s (of Nationalized Bank) for Tuition fees drown in favour of: “The
Principal, JSS Medical College, Mysore”, payable at Mysore.
Kindly Note:
If you do not report for counseling on the specified date and time, your
application will be deemed cancelled without any further notice and you
shall forfeit your claim for counselling and admission thereof.
The candidate must be present in person for the counselling.
Please note that DD has to be purchased by the candidate / Parent. In
case the demand draft has been purchased by any other person,
necessary undertaking / declaration has to be submitted as per the
Proforma supplied by the University (ANNEXURE – II of the Brochure).
