Once the camp verifies that<br />
your date is available…<br />
A deposit of 20 % of the total<br />
estimated “Meals & Lodging Cost”<br />
must be sent to camp to confirm<br />
your reservation. This includes a<br />
10% nonrefundable deposit fee<br />
and a 10% security deposit.<br />
Three months prior to your<br />
rental dates… you must update<br />
your estimated count and send an<br />
additional nonrefundable<br />
payment of 60%.<br />
Two weeks prior to your rental<br />
dates… you will need to give your<br />
final count. You may reduce this<br />
count after this date by only 10%<br />

without penalty. For increases<br />
greater than 10% you will need to<br />
confirm availability with the camp<br />
office.<br />
The final payment.. including<br />
any additional program fees must<br />
be made before you leave camp<br />
unless prior arrangements have<br />
been made. Rates may be subject<br />
to change with each <strong>YWCA</strong><br />
budget year.<br />
Groups will be... guaranteed<br />
one cabin per ten participants.<br />
Additional cabins may be<br />
available during your reservation<br />
period, contact our office for<br />
details.<br />
